The National Black State Troopers Coalition – Marshall C. Brown Chapter of New Jersey is committed to fostering excellence in law enforcement through dedicated service to our communities and the cultivation of future leaders. As Black officers, we bring a unique perspective, building trust and promoting justice by connecting authentically with the diverse communities we serve. Through mentorship, education, and active engagement, we aim to inspire hope, empower individuals, and strengthen relationships. In collaboration with impactful organizations and community partners, we champion youth development and advocate for meaningful change. Guided by integrity, courage, and commitment, we strive to enhance public safety while inspiring the next generation of diverse law enforcement professionals.
